Internet with a negative balance

If you have a negative balance, Internet access will be limited, write-offs will continue for 60 days. 

At the same time, the "Internet for a day" button will become available in your personal account, so when you click it, you will have the Internet access for a day at a speed of up to 1 Mbps. This speed allows you to complete all necessary tasks, answer urgent messages, and also access online payment services.

You can also use the Promised Payment function for a period of 7 days to temporarily get the Internet access before making a payment.

During the first 60 days, if your balance is negative, funds will be debited from your account in accordance with your tariff plan.

If 60 days after you do not replenish the balance or do not use the Promised payment service, then your account will be disabled. Notice that if you have active obligations or device in free use (not rented) funds will continue to be debited untill obligations fulfilled or device has been returned.

You can log in to your Personal Account and use payment services even if your account is disabled.
